I'm a founder who built an IT outsourcing company from scratch, no investors, no safety net. Over the last ten years, we scaled to 200+ people and started working with global names like PwC, CIBC, BlaBlaCar, and even Fortune 500 companies.
I've gone through every stage: tech strategy, hiring, team motivation, automation. I've been in the trenches, from writing specs to managing million-dollar deliverables. That's where my advice comes from. Not theory, but years of hands-on experience solving real problems.
Mostly founders and execs from startups to corporates: people building digital products, looking to scale fast, or clean up the chaos inside their operations. Sometimes we work with early-stage founders who need to build their first MVP. Other times, it's big companies struggling to adapt.
Internally, I spend a lot of time with my own team: mentoring leaders, bringing structure into operations, and testing AI across everything, from hiring to sales.
I'm practical. No fluff. I've made mistakes, I've failed, I've rebuilt and I've done it without someone holding my hand. I used to wait for a mentor to show up and change everything. That never happened. What I got instead were lessons of the hard kind.
People usually come to me when they're in a tough spot or need real answers. I won't sell dreams, but I will give you frameworks that worked for me, a clear head, and probably a challenge or two.
Above all, I value honesty, long games, and building with the right people. That's what I look for in return.
Peers who've built stuff: products, teams, systems. People who've been through storms and still want to build. I love connecting with founders and investors who think big and move fast.
I'm especially interested in those who know how to operate at scale. If you've worked on high-growth, venture-backed projects or built real traction from scratch, we'll have what to talk about.
Right now, I'm focused on three main areas:
If you've done that or helped others do it, I'm all yours.
We started as a small freelance team. Five students coding from dorm rooms. Now we're a global IT partner with hundreds of employees and awards under our belt.
We didn't just survive COVID and the war in Ukraine, we used those moments to grow. Every time the world throws something at us, we ask: What can we improve or automate right now? That mindset saved us.
Today, AI is in our DNA. From sales to recruitment, we're building tools that scale with us and help clients do the same.
There was a time I nearly left the company. Burnout, doubt. It hit hard. But I met someone totally outside tech, a businessman who just gave me perspective. He reminded me that sometimes it's not the business advice you need. It's the human one.
Since then, I've rebuilt not just the company, but myself. Resilience isn't hype for me, it's what we live. We evolve. We stay sharp. And we don't forget why we started in the first place.
Success, to me, is a life that feels right. Good people. Solid habits. Interesting conversations. That's what I'm building. Inside and out.
