Nikita: Building Resilience and Innovation in the IT Outsourcing World

What experience do you have that people can come to you for advice, expertise, or consultation?

I identify as a businessman—an entrepreneur who built his own company from scratch. Over the past decade, I’ve grown a custom software development business that today employs over 200 people and serves some of the world’s most respected companies, including PwC, Fire, UpWork, Global Car, and multiple Fortune 500 enterprises. My core expertise lies in IT outsourcing, organizational systems, and aligning cutting-edge technology with real business needs.

From mobile and web apps to AI-powered business automation, I’ve overseen complex, high-stakes development projects. I understand every part of the outsourcing process—technical analysis, team structuring, motivation systems, and client delivery. My strategic thinking in building efficient business systems allows me to consult entrepreneurs and executives looking to scale or transform their companies using technology.

Who is your audience?

My audience includes startup founders, scale-up executives, and established corporations looking to innovate or optimize through outsourcing. We serve a wide range of clients—from bootstrapped founders to global banks—each requiring a different approach, from lean development cycles to enterprise-grade project management.

Internally, I focus on mentoring my leadership team, many of whom grew within the company. I work closely with engineers, analysts, and marketers to implement automation, AI, and other performance-enhancing tools across recruitment, sales, and operations.

What kind of person are you, and in what situations can someone turn to you personally?

I’m a practical thinker who has built his success through consistent effort, not overnight luck or external mentorship. While I once hoped for a “movie-style” mentor to appear and guide me, my real path was one of trial and error. That made me resistant to blind authority and reliant on firsthand experience.

People turn to me when they want grounded, real-world insight. I don’t promise easy answers, but I offer tested frameworks, clear thinking, and empathy from someone who’s been through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. I'm also someone who values deep human connection—shared vision, honesty, and mutual respect. Those are the relationships I seek.

What are you looking for?

I’m looking for high-level peers—entrepreneurs who have launched significant products or scaled meaningful companies. I'm also drawn to professionals in the venture capital space—people with a sharp understanding of risk, innovation, and long-term value.

On a deeper level, I seek collaborators who thrive under pressure, love to build, and know what it means to grow through crisis. Whether it’s co-creating a product, partnering on AI automation, or discussing new markets, I want to engage with bold, experienced thinkers who value action over talk.

What kind of expertise are you looking for?

I’m interested in individuals who’ve launched tech products at scale or worked on venture-backed growth. While I’ve built my business independently, I understand the value of outside expertise—especially when entering new stages of complexity.

I’m currently looking for advisors in:

What’s your business background?

I started my business ten years ago with a team of five students doing freelance projects. Today, we are a leading IT outsourcing firm with hundreds of employees and numerous international awards. Our services span mobile development, AI, automation, and web solutions for clients in sectors ranging from fintech to e-commerce.

Despite significant global disruptions—COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine—we not only survived but grew. We pivoted quickly during each crisis, adapting our strategy, technology stack, and internal operations on the fly. Those experiences became our superpower.

We’ve deeply integrated AI into recruitment, sales, and marketing workflows. Every quarter, we ask ourselves: What is the next bottleneck we can automate? That mindset keeps us ahead.

Any other notes?

I didn’t have a single mentor who changed everything for me—but during a difficult period in my business, when I considered leaving the company, I met an experienced businessman outside the tech world. His life perspective helped me reset my thinking and reconnect with my mission. It taught me that wisdom can come from unexpected places, and sometimes what we need isn’t technical advice but human insight.

I’m proud of the resilience we’ve built—a company that reinvents itself through every crisis and continues to grow. In a market where many companies fold, we stay afloat by remaining adaptable, mission-driven, and team-focused.

Above all, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about scaling or intellect. It’s about building a life that makes you happy. Happiness, for me, means meaningful social connections, routine, physical health, and inspiring conversations. That’s what I strive for—inside and outside of business.
