My team and I moved to Dubai in April 2022, officially launching on July 1st. This was driven by the need to start over after our business in Ukraine was completely destroyed by the war. Dubai's booming real estate market provided us with a unique opportunity to leverage my sales experience. The city's vibrant ecosystem allowed our team to relocate and create a new growth hub, focusing on growing a community-driven business with brokers at the core of our operations.
With over a decade of experience building and leading sales teams, we specialize in creating high-performing sales organizations and finding talent that excels in the real estate industry. Our expertise lies in understanding the motivations and needs of brokers, allowing us to effectively recruit, train, and empower them. We also have the skills to create a support infrastructure for brokers, helping them reach their potential through training and innovative tools. Our approach is focused on developing a sense of community and professional growth, enabling brokers to feel valued and prepared for success.
Our core business is real estate brokers, especially talented Ukrainian brokers in Dubai. Unlike traditional models where real estate buyers play a primary role, our company views brokers as the primary clients. I strive to create a community where brokers can succeed by offering them training, resources, and a "power space" to develop their skills. By empowering brokers, I help them connect with investors and buyers, driving sales through a network of motivated professionals.
In a crowded real estate market, I differentiate myself by reimagining the client as a broker, not a buyer. This shift has transformed our business model, resulting in an infrastructure tailored to the needs of brokers. Our company provides training on how to effectively use real estate agents, bridging the gap that often causes successful brokers to question the value of agencies. In addition, we explore innovative marketing strategies, as traditional digital marketing has proven less effective in this niche. We are open to experts in alternative marketing approaches that will help attract the best brokers and, through them, valuable clients.
Our company of 150 brokers has achieved outstanding results, reaching a monthly sales volume of AED 250 million in 2025. Rather than introducing an expansion team, we consider quality and productivity. We study this method through clients systematically сustdev, seek to establish connections with the top 100 brokers in Dubai to understand their motivations in choosing their location. We are also involved in development projects in Bali, the Ukrainian Carpathians and Dubai, benefiting from open markets. Our success is due to a broker-centric model that allows for organic growth without relying on external marketing.
The breakthrough for our business came from an important realization: our real client is the broker, as the buyer always looks at the one with whom he works directly, and the company is the link between all the particles. This shift in perception has allowed us to create an ecosystem that puts the success of brokers first, promoting their loyalty and stimulating sales. Memorable moments are non-trivial personal growth trainings, systematic brainstorming sessions where we close deals in real time, joint mountain hikes and congratulations on all significant dates. Also, we have assembled the best back office team. Truth be told, I am proud of each one. All these elements daily ingrain our status and create even more energy within SPI DUBAI.
My mother, a staunch entrepreneur, has deeply influenced my approach to business. Her lessons in financial literacy, instilled in me from a young age, have shaped my disciplined thinking. In addition, Neale Donald Walsch's book "Conversations with God" changed my worldview, creating the potential for acceptance of all living things. I also value the ideas of Andrii Ostapchuk and Business Match, we often have breakfast together and discuss all the world trends in business and simple human needs. After all, we are people and in order to know ourselves, we need other people. I am always for friendship and communication. The most important value for me is human relationships.
My favourite place in Dubai is our SPI office, a dynamic hub where brokers connect, learn and inspire each other. More than just a workspace, it is a community where gratitude and collaboration thrive. Our mission is to bring talented brokers together under one roof, creating a legacy of empowering the Dubai property market.
